Mr. Hyde Returns

October 12, 2007 / by thinline

Realizing that voters were not buying what Dr. Jekyll was peddling, Obama switched on Mr. Hyde. This is what The Chicago Tribune reports:

An area where Obama plans to further challenge Clinton is on a recent Senate "Sense of the Senate" vote that the United States should designate the Iranian Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization. She and Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois, a close Obama ally, voted as part of a strong majority to pass the measure, while Obama skipped the vote to campaign in New Hampshire.

"This is one of the problems with running for president," Obama said. "You can't always anticipate which votes are which, but I put out a statement at the time stating that this was a bad idea and that I would have voted against it."

Obama blamed scheduling for the missed vote.

Yep, THAT is his plan……. To make Clinton’s vote on the Iranian Revolutionary Guard the cornerstone of his get tough, “new kind of politics,” war of twisted words.

Two problems here Barack.

First, your buddy, he who encouraged you to jump in the deep end before you learned to swim, Senator Dick Durbin, voted WITH Clinton. (Well, that makes you wonder, doesn't it, Barack? Not that I am thinking that Dickie Durbin could be a VP choice for Hillary, no, no way, right????)

And second, of greater importance,
YOU WERE NOT THERE !!!!!
You were
NOT VOTING !!!!

You cannot “anticipate” which votes are important? WHAT? Is that an example of some of that “good judgment” you are hocking?

OMG, Barack, stop swigging that snake oil.

ASK OBAMA TO JUST GO AWAY BEFORE PEOPLE IN WHITE COATS TAKE HIM and the Boys Club AWAY.

Seriously, this is a true American tragedy.

Obama has NEVER been there to do the job he was elected to do, not even form the very beginning. He's all talk and no action.

Ahhh, music to my ears. But this really is a sad turn of events for Illinois. Missing nearly 25% of the votes because he is out campaigning is truly reprehensible. Imagine any other employee not showing up 25% of the time?

    Hmmm....

I wonder how many times Ron Paul has missed a vote due to campaigning?

Will do! I am going to look into that for I think it is a very valid question and one that the voting public (idiots) should be awarre of.
